After I make a payment, when will my payment be applied to my account? Answer: Your payment may take up to 2 business days to post to your account.

My elderly parents have a Gadsden Water account. Can I register their account online and pay their water bill?
Answer: Yes. All you need is their latest bill with the Account Number and Name to register their Account.

I have several accounts with Gadsden Water. Can I pay each bill from a different account?
Answer: Yes. We take credit cards, debit cards, cash and checks.

What do I do if I can't remember my password?
Answer: Call the business office at 256-543-2884.

Will I still get a paper bill if I pay my bill online?
Answer: Yes. However, you have the option to discontinue paper bills.

What if I receive an email from Gadsden Water notifying me of a change or payment that I did not make?
Answer: Call our business office at 256-543-2884.

I'm going out of town next month. Can I make an advance payment on my account?
Answer: Yes. We do allow pre-payments on individual accounts. Just enter a payment amout for each account you want to prepay.

Can I remove an account from the ebill process if I later decide not to use ebill?
Answer: Yes.

I removed an account from the ebill process, now I am unable to sign on. Why?
Answer: If you remove all of your accounts from ebill, you are deactivated. Simply re-register the account(s) you want to use.
